Standard Flat Washers
Boker’s provides standard flat washers by stocking washer tools/dies that meet ANSI, SAE and USS standard washer specifications. Boker’s also stocks additional washer tools with inside diameters set to fit a variety of standard bolt/screw sizes, from your smallest machine screw to a 3 inch bolt.

Standard Washers Available in Over 2,000 Materials
At Boker’s you can specify the specific material you need for all your standard washer requirements. Boker’s maintains immediate access to 2,000 commonly specified and hard-to-find materials to expedite and shorten delivery times for your standard washers. Secondary operations such as deburring, heat treating, and plating are also provided upon request.

Standard Washers Ship in 5 Days or Less.
With immediate access to standard washer tools and 2,000 materials Boker’s is able to ship most standard washer orders within 5 days or less. Orders require a minimum production run of 100 pieces, though deliveries of lesser quantities can be arranged. Per-unit costs rapidly decrease as the quantity increases.

Standard ANSI Flat Washers
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) provides standards for general use flat washers. Type A is a series of steel washers with broad tolerances, where precision is NOT critical. Type B is a series of flat washers with tighter tolerances where outside diameters are categorized as Narrow, Regular or Wide for specific bolt sizes. Standard SAE Flat Washers
The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standard washers. These washers are often characterized by being produced from a thinner material and having slightly smaller inside diameters and outside diameters than standard USS Washers. Standard USS Flat Washers

Standard Wrought Washers

Standard Machine Screw Washers
These washers are designed for use with machine screws in general industrial applications. Machine screws are the smallest type of flat washer with an outside diameter slightly twice the size of the inside diameter. Machine screw washers are most often stamped from cold-rolled steel. Fender Washers
A fender washer has significantly more surface area than a USS or SAE washer. Fender washers are also made from thinner gauge steel than most flat washers as well.
